1 General Terms of Use for the 939 Platform

The 939 platform is an online entertainment service providing a wide variety of games to eligible members. By accessing or using the website, mobile app, or any services provided by 939, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

2 Account Registration & Member Eligibility

To register an account at 939, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Not a citizen or resident of any country that explicitly prohibits online gambling.
• Has never had an account terminated by 939 for fraud or breach of terms previously.
• Acting on your own behalf and not representing or acting for any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 939. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.
